Everyone has stories to tell. Stories that will not only engage, inform, surprise, delight, and impact their audience, but those that will also deliver measurable business goals. And I build that conduit between businesses and consumers.

I believe almost anything can be learned and mastered with the right attitude and perseverance. Starting off as a web developer I soon got interested in the entire backend development process and on the way both have amalgamated. I help clients design usable and functional back end that best fits their requirements to produce high-quality products that meet their objectives.

Currently, I am a Staff Engineer at Lenovo, where I'm working on some exciting and cutting-edge products. I've worked in Agile and Prototypical SDLC environments and have come to work with a generic framework-driven approach for development. I believe that not only envisioning but even developing an impactful and robust backend involves a lot of critical thinking and have tried to imbibe the same in my work.

My specialties include Go, Python, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, GCP, AWS, PHP, SASS, etc.

Most of my knowledge in these fields is self-learned by searching, reading online material, and of course, practicing as applicable. I’m not really into reading many books – haven’t read many apart from the basic course ones that one has to do anyway during school and college. 😛

For a couple of years in my early career, I tried running a venture in the software networking business with a focus on ease of use and integration with third-party hardware providers. We did business for about 1.5-2 years, then eventually I closed it down due to time constraints as we weren't able to deliver on some of the promises consistently. The venture failed, but I don’t mind it much given it had taught me a lot in terms of management – acquiring customers, providing support, keeping them happy, and the technical aspects of all the different verticals involved. As they say, failure is a stepping stone to success.
